Our Story
We the People Stage (WTPS) is a registered non-profit trust in India committed to promoting education, health, and socio-economic development, with a special focus on the Public Policy. We work to create awareness of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and conduct vocational and skill training programs for underprivileged communities and students—irrespective of caste, creed, colour, or religion.
Our mission is to build capabilities, enhance livelihoods, and empower individuals to contribute meaningfully to society.
WTPS also partners with organizations, NGOs, and social enterprises to design customized advisory and learning solutions that strengthen human capital and organizational effectiveness. Through our capacity-building initiatives, we help NGOs adapt to global challenges with scalable, sustainable, and impact-driven programs that foster inclusive growth and nation-building.

Our Inspiration
A Lifetime Dedicated to Service and Nation-Building
Shri Keshava Vinayagan Ji stands as the guiding force behind the formation of this socially oriented reforming trust. Inspired by his vision, the organisation was established to serve society through a structured framework that promotes research-driven policies for a welfare state.
With over four and a half decades of dedicated service to the nation, Shri Keshava Vinayagan Ji began his journey in 1980 as an RSS Pracharak and went on to serve in key roles such as Jilla, Vibhag, and Prantha Pracharak. His life has been a continuous pursuit of organisational growth, national reconstruction, and social upliftment.
Since 2002, he has been serving as the State Organising Secretary of Seva Bharathi Tamil Nadu, where he led numerous humanitarian projects. His leadership was instrumental in rehabilitating tsunami-affected families by constructing and handing over 834 homes, reflecting his compassion and administrative excellence.
Committed to the welfare of the poor and the empowerment of youth, he has guided many students toward higher education and social responsibility. Since 2016, as the State Organising General Secretary of the BJP Tamil Nadu, he continues to embody the principles of discipline, selfless service, and nation-building—strengthening the vision of a self-reliant and prosperous Tamil Nadu.

His work focuses extensively on the social stratification of Tamil society and the influence of caste on the developmental trajectory of the Tamil community.

Dolphin Sritharan is a prominent politician currently serving as the Vice President of the Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Known for his grassroots engagement and organisational leadership, he plays an active role in strengthening the party’s presence across the state and advancing key public and political initiatives.

Dr. Surya Narayanan is a social engineer focused on individual capacity-building and community development. He closely tracks the Government of India’s poverty-eradication frameworks and welfare interventions. Driven by public-policy interest, he has served as an informal support resource, offering analytical inputs that align with evidence-based governance and socio-economic impact optimisation.

Anjana S. Unnithan is a women entrepreneur dedicated to empowering self-sustaining women communities. She has provided skill-development training to numerous women across Tamil Nadu, advancing their economic independence. Actively involved in public service, she also serves as the State Vice President of the Other Languages Cell, BJP Tamil Nadu.
